I never really thought about it, but that’s true. In the many years that universities have been teaching, only recently have they had to adapt to technology at such a pace. They can’t be accredited just because they teach things now. I mean, I could figure out most of the things I’d be learning in the classroom as long as it’s factual information on my phone for crying out loud. The internet has opened doors for the general public, but has caused a problem for colleges
They have had to adapt so that they are not just teaching material, but are teaching their students how to apply it. That is why I put my faith in a liberal arts degree. We as the future generation have to be flexible in a World that keeps changing for better and for worse.
